Seminar Highlights
SMPA proudly presents its 2017 Annual Seminar to be held at the Edgewater Hotel & Conference Center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Our topics this year include suggestions from previous seminar surveys. The CLE portion of the seminar will be held in the Rose Room and will provide quality continuing legal education topics from leaders in their respective fields.
We will have a fun and enjoyable Friday evening buffet dinner and will include networking and socializing while participating in a variety of games. Please feel free to bring a guest for a nominal fee.
After the dinner, you are encouraged to enjoy all of the wonderful nightlife opportunities available in downtown Gatlinburg.
We encourage all members to attend and invite non-member paralegals. The registration form may also be found on our website at www.smparalegal.org.
After the seminar, you may want to visit the Great Smoky Mountains and/or local attractions while you continue to enjoy a great weekend in beautiful Gatlinburg, TN.
The Edgewater Hotel & Conference Center has reserved a block of rooms for the SMPA Seminar at a price of $98.00 per night until July 26, 2017. You may share a room at no additional cost.
After July 26, 2017, reservations will be accommodated based on availability and the best available rate.
Seminar Tickets
Registration includes 9 hrs. CLE, course materials, morning and afternoon snacks, lunch on Friday, and Friday night buffet.
Registration Fees:
Members – $165
Students – $75
NonMember/Walk-In – $175
Friday CLE only – $120
Friday CLE & Buffet/Social – $165
Guest – Friday Night Buffet/Social – $45
Saturday CLE only – $60
Guest Policy: No unregistered attendees are allowed in the CLE portion of the seminar. Adult guests are allowed to attend the Friday night social at the fee outlined above.
Cancellation/Walk-In Policy: Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee until July 26, 2017. After that date, no fees are refunded for cancellations. Walk-Ins are welcome provided space is available. Anyone who has registered but has not paid by August 14, 2017 will be considered a Walk- In.
